  Feels otherworldly up here. Great place for unique vacation photos. Plan to come up and catch the sunset and be sure to bring warm layers no matter what time of day you come. The gift shop has warm clothes for sale that are pricey but the lined hoodies will become your favorite. Stay for a chance to hear about what's going on in the sky tonight and have a chance to look through high powered telescopes. This is one of my favorite places in the world!

  The star gazing session that starts at 6 is phenomenal. The presentation is excellent. Don't miss the short hike across the street to watch the sun set first (up a small hill). Dress warmly - layers! Hot chocolate and tea are available for purchase. Feels like a party. (And don't be that guy who turns on white light flashlights or headlights after the star gazing starts.)
