  One might expect Professionalism from the H&R people,NOT THE OPPOSITE. WE.....MEANING, ME AND MY WIFE MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE H&R puainako center rep on the 30th at 11am. Every thing seem to go accordingly until we arrived at the designated location(H&R Block at 2100 Kanoelehua Ave, Are B7, Hilo,HI 96720. My wife and I walked in 30 minutes before our appointment. I approached the lady and told her who we are....she look it up the computer.... " Ohh.... yes, you're appointment is at 11am". Me and my wife seated ourselves.....this is where the screw up begins, A guy just WALK IN (NO APPOINMENT) and stated that he never have time to make an appointment, and that HE NEED HIS TAX PRE BEFORE HE GOES BACK TO WORK AT 2pm the same day........that walk in guy seated himself. NOW, THE LADY(H&R) look at me and ask if it ok if we could see any one of the tax prep if available.....I TOLD -YES GOOD.IT WAS NOW 11AM.. ......INSTEAD IF LETTING US SEE THE NEXT AVAILABLE TAX PREP ......THAT STUPID LADY CALLED THE WALK IN TO SEE THE NEXT TAX PREP.......WHAT ABOUT ME AND MY WIFE, WE HAD OUR APPOINTMENT AT 11AM.....IT WAS NOW PASSED 13 MINUTES FROM 11AM. OBVIOUSLY, THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.....I WILL NEVER FILE TAX WITH YOZ PEOPLE AGAIN.....AND IF MY MANY FRIENDS ASK ME if u guys are ok......You Now already my answers. People u hired as seasonal workers are giving H&R BAD REP.....NEED MORE TRAINING ON RHEIR PART..... DISAPPOINTED CLIENT.....
