- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I used Aloha Coast Realty Property Management, specifically agent Amanda Donaldson. At first Amanda was a very helpful in the process of securing our agreement for her to manage my property in Pahoa. As time passed, it became harder to communicate with her. It was either she was "out of the office" or "working in Kona." She was slow to reply to emails and telephone contact was always a hit and miss. I had requested termination of my agreement in September 2013 and assumed reserve funds would be sent to me. This did not occur so I reminded Amanda in October 2013. This is now January 2014 and I still have not received the reserve funds. Maybe others will have better experiences with other Aloha Coast Realty Property Managers...I would not recommend Amanda Donaldson.By ELIZABETH KENUI, August 11, 2017
